Refresher Sea Coaching Weekend (1)

This is a two day skills training course for people who have already completed an introduction, and/or intromediate course or have done some sea kayaking and are keen to develop their skills and knowledge and revise what they have already learned.

This progressive course will provide lots of practise, as well as widening your knowledge about sea kayaking and seamanship.  We will provide bespoke revision and practise sessions to sharpen your skills and get you set up for the new season.   Students will be able to choose focus areas with the coach and will receive some personalised coaching, and receive an action plan to continue their development.

The course requires a minimum of three bookings to run.
