Rolling Course (3)

We have designed this day for paddlers new to rolling, building towards their first roll and becoming more secure in a range of conditions. Starting with key principles, including stretching and land drills, we then move on to using our unique rolling simulator to practise effective leg and body movements. After this we head to the local pool for two intense hours of practise. We return to the clubhouse to have a go in the sea. We do not believe that there is one way to roll, but will work with you, your flexibility and boat to provide the best platform for a successful roll that we can. We do not promise to get you rolling in a day, but we do guarantee that you will learn more and move along your journey towards a stylish, relaxed and confident roll.
