Sea Leader Training (Moderate Water Leader)

Our extended Sea Leader training course is designed to really push your abilities. We take the extra time to allow for real leadership training in realistic conditions. The course includes the Coastal Navigation & Tidal Planning Course, and allows for much more time to develop your personal skills, test your navigation and expand your leadership expertise. We tailor the course to your needs, rather than simply following a basic syllabus. At the end of the course we will develop a personal action plan, and provide longer-term mentoring to get you ready for your assessment.
