Sea Award Weekend

This is a two day skills based course where you can benchmark your skills against the British Canoeing Sea Award.  

The Sea Award is a brilliant award, proving that you are an intermediate sea kayaker, and opens up lots of access to trips and expeditions, as well as enabling you to make independent coastal sea journeys.  The weekend will be a mixture of training in a supportive environment, enabling you to see whether or not you have met the standard of the award.  If you are not quite there yet, then your coach will support your learning and provide an action plan to reach the award.  

The course requires a minimum of three bookings to run, and also requires Force 3 winds.  If conditions are not met, the course may have to be postponed.
